Role Description

As our Web & MarTech Project Manager , you'll lead the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of complex website builds and digital technology projects for our clients. Working within our integrated marketing agency, you'll serve as both the operational hub and a core client partner, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with exceptional quality.

While websites make up the core of what you'll manage, your portfolio will also include key MarTech initiatives (such as CRM setups, marketing automation builds, analytics integrations, and custom web tools) as well as supporting marketing deliverables like campaign landing pages, digital media assets, and interactive experiences.

In this role, you won't just track tasks—you will drive complex deliverables, manage client relationships, and navigate shifting requirements to keep teams focused and projects moving steadily across the finish line.

Qualifications

• Proven track record managing complex custom website builds, web platforms, and marketing technology/integration projects within a marketing or digital agency.
• Hands-on experience in client-facing account management—comfortable leading client meetings, navigating difficult conversations, and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Solid experience with Agile workflows (e.g., managing backlogs, sprint planning, iterative delivery) alongside traditional milestone-based project planning.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multi-faceted projects, wrangle cross-functional creative/technical teams, and comfortably navigate shifting client requirements without losing control of the budget or timeline.
• High technical literacy when it comes to CMS platforms, website architecture, APIs, CRM/marketing automation tools, and web development lifecycles.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for translating technical details into clear business concepts for clients.
• A proactive, resilient, and solutions-oriented mindset built for a fast-paced agency environment.
• Ability to work within core U.S. business hours to collaborate seamlessly across team and client time zones.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in project management and account lead roles.
• Experience in web design and development, MarTech implementations, and digital marketing initiatives.
• Methodology-flexible: understanding of structured Waterfall planning and Agile practices.
• Organized, proactive problem solver with the ability to clear roadblocks and keep stakeholders aligned.
