Role Description

We’re looking for an IT Project Manager to coordinate and drive the delivery of large-scale IT programs, keeping projects organized, communication clear, and deadlines on track.

You’ll work closely with customers and internal teams to coordinate project activities, monitor progress, and ensure everyone stays aligned throughout the delivery process. With a strong focus on structured, Waterfall-based project management, you’ll use tools such as Gantt charts to plan activities, track milestones, and maintain visibility across ongoing projects.

You’ll report to the Program Manager and work alongside Customer Success and Development Leads, with each team bringing its own expertise to ensure smooth project delivery.

What You’ll Do

• Project Planning & Coordination
  • Plan and coordinate large IT projects using Waterfall project management methodologies.
  • Create and maintain Gantt charts, project timelines, milestones, and delivery schedules.
  • Coordinate project activities across customers and internal teams, ensuring everyone understands their responsibilities and deadlines.
  • Keep project plans and documentation up to date as work progresses.
• Delivery & Progress Tracking
  • Monitor project progress against agreed timelines and milestones.
  • Identify delays, dependencies, and potential delivery risks, and bring them to the attention of the relevant stakeholders.
  • Follow up on action items and ensure commitments are tracked through to completion.
  • Maintain visibility into project status and proactively communicate when timelines or deliverables are at risk.
  • Prepare regular project updates and reports for the Program Manager and relevant stakeholders.
• Communication & Collaboration
  • Act as a central point of coordination between customers and internal teams on project timelines, progress, and delivery-related matters.
  • Keep communication clear, structured, and timely across all stakeholders.
  • Organize project meetings, follow up on decisions, and ensure next steps are clearly defined.
  • Work closely with Customer Success and Development Leads to keep project execution aligned and moving forward.
• Working Across Teams
  • Partner with Customer Success on customer relationships, scope management, and commercial discussions.
  • Work alongside Development Leads, who are responsible for managing development activities and technical execution.
  • Focus on project coordination, timelines, communication, and delivery tracking, ensuring the right people have the information they need to move forward.
  • Report to the Program Manager, providing clear visibility into project progress, risks, and delivery status.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience managing IT projects, ideally large-scale programs involving multiple stakeholders and teams.
• Strong understanding of Waterfall project management methodologies, with hands-on experience using Gantt charts to manage timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
• Proven ability to monitor project progress, identify delivery risks, and follow up on action items to keep projects on track.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills, including experience working with customers and cross-functional internal teams.
• A structured, detail-oriented approach to project documentation, reporting, and status updates.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with Customer Success, Development Leads, and program leadership.
• Full professional proficiency in English.
