Role Description

Assist project managers in scheduling project activities and monitoring timely completion of project activities.

• Prepare and manage configuration control documents in collaboration with Systems Engineers ensuring all documents are clear and accurate.
• Assist and support the Project Managers in their daily duties.
• Maintain documentation library and ensure timely revisions as needed.
• Work with the team to remove impediments.
• Draft Release guide documents for deployment of software into Production and work with various teams to implement successful deployment into production.
• Maintain project planning and tracking project in Jira.
• Assist Systems Engineers in planning and executing major deployment and maintenance projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in technical field (computer science, engineering, etc.) or business degree with concentration or experience in technology.
• Associates Degree in relevant area with additional experience will be considered.
• 1+ years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated organization and coordination skills to include tracking and managing routine and unplanned tasks.
• Demonstrated administrative skills and experience with business software including MS Excel.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to interpret technical information and translate to plain English.
• Basic, but solid understanding of computer and networking technologies.
• Experience with MS Project or experience with project support tools such as Jira and Confluence are desirable, not required.
• Ideal candidate would have experience with databases such as MS Access and/or SQL server and be able to write basic SQL queries.
• Be adept at prioritizing and multitasking across multiple projects and accounts.

Requirements

• Reliable internet connection through a cable or fiber-optic broadband service with minimum speeds of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload.
• Active participation in video-based interviews during the recruiting process and ongoing virtual meetings with camera on.
• Prohibition of note-taking tools, reference materials, or AI-powered tools during interviews or other selection activities unless prior written approval has been obtained.
