[Hiring] Technical Program Manager @Samsara

Role Description

The Samsara Security team is looking for an Enterprise Security Technical Program Manager (TPM) to help drive key strategic initiatives across Samsara’s Security organization. As part of Samsara’s rapidly expanding Enterprise Security organization, you will support key strategic priorities and drive cross-functional initiatives. You will partner closely with a diverse set of teams—including Product Security, Platform Security and Compliance, Detection and Response, Biztech, and Engineering—to execute on critical security goals. On a given day, you'll help build and refine processes that scale efficiently as the team grows, often leveraging AI tools to streamline workflows, while partnering with stakeholders to scope requirements, identify risks, and communicate progress clearly across technical and non-technical audiences.

This role is open to candidates residing in the US except the San Francisco Bay Metro Area, NYC Metro Area, and Washington, D.C. Metro Area.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years Project or Program Management in a fast paced, technical company.
• Experience with managing priorities across multiple teams, building processes, and coordinating tight schedules.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong sense of ownership, collaboration, curiosity, and attention to detail.
• A proactive self-starter with a proven track record for leveraging data and technology to improve processes and drive impactful decisions.
• Experience using AI tooling and methods to drive efficiencies in workflows and team processes.
• Experience using Agile practices and utilizing tools to drive insights, such as JIRA, Confluence, Tableau, and other reporting tools.

Requirements

• Experience working on Information Security and/or Compliance programs.
• Experience in driving strategy planning and roadmap definition.
• Has a passion for data and enthusiasm for improving efficiencies.
• Self-starter in learning how to use and apply new technologies (e.g. AI).
