Role Description

Jabil is seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) focused on Data Center Infrastructure Engineering and Manufacturing. This position will directly contribute to the transformative growth within the Intelligent Infrastructure Division.

• Responsible for coordinating deliverables and reporting on large-scale, complex Data Center Infrastructure programs and initiatives, including contingency planning and issue resolution.
• Contributes to and demonstrates a solid understanding of program vision and roadmap.
• Maintains awareness of cross-product/program synergies and actively communicates opportunities to simplify or better align work across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical engineering discipline.
• 8+ years of data center and/or industrial technical program management experience, including design, engineering, manufacturing, testing, etc.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, integration strategy, and system coordination.
• 5+ years of project management experience, involving scope determination, scheduling, budgeting, quality, risk and critical path management, cross-functional collaboration, and leading presentations with customers and stakeholders.

• Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall methodologies.

• Able to work independently with minimal oversight.
• Effective at presenting information and responding to management, clients, and public queries.
• Capable of influencing others and sharing best practices.
• Comfortable working as part of a global team.
• Capable of assessing projects, articulating risks, and developing project milestones.
• Familiar with stage-gate processes in project lifecycle management (PLCM).
• Able to mentor junior project managers as needed.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% - primarily domestic; international as needed.
