[Hiring] Surgical Workplace Project Management Coordinator @Getinge

Role Description

The SW Project Management Coordinator is responsible for handling, planning, scheduling activities, executing projects in the market, and coordinating a team of Field Project Engineers within the scope of the Surgical Workplaces.

• Project management (average time 60%):
  • Assess the technical-economic feasibility of customer requests.
  • Assign the right priorities to various project activities.
  • Search for new potential clients and develop relationships with existing clients.
  • Coordinate project execution by organizing different suppliers/partners involved in the customer order.
  • Ensure project implementation respects agreements with customers in terms of standards and timing.
  • Support the SWIC team with technical issues in the Surgical Workplace product range.
  • Discuss monthly with the Sales Manager a project list, giving timelines for incoming orders and net sales.
  • Coordinate the compiling of documentation for on-site access and subcontractor authorization.
  • Interface with customers about time scheduling and confirmation of equipment configuration.
  • Create and discuss monthly a list of acquired projects with the Service Area Manager, defining priorities and timelines for net sales.
  • Constantly evaluate performance and provide feedback.
  • Hold a position of Team Leader in strategic projects.
• Team and partners management (average time 40%):
  • Coordinate project specialists and project managers in daily work.
  • Manage a team of Field Project Engineers responsible for installation activities.
  • Evaluate existing and potential partners using KPIs to assess output quality and other relevant parameters.
  • Manage relationships with partners to ensure proper project implementation and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Academic degree within healthcare or engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the medical device industry.
• Strong knowledge of hospital and healthcare environments.
• Willingness to regularly meet and support customers in the field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office package.

Contract Details

• Full-time permanent contract (40 hours per week).
• National Collective Labor Agreement: Tertiary, Distribution and Services.
• Compensation package: € 55.000,00 – 65.000,00 + company car (also for private use).
• Expected start date: as soon as possible, by September.
