Role Description
As a Sr. Operations Consultant at Hummingbird, you'll play a vital role in executing project tasks and deliverables for client projects. You'll coordinate project delivery activities within your workstream and across workstreams, ensuring alignment with other projects and dependencies for successful engagement outcomes. You will work closely with clients and Hummingbird leaders to prepare for optimizations and manage risks and change effectively.
- Execute scoped Improve projects and SOW deliverables, ensuring adherence to project timelines and commitments.
- Complete project tasks and deliverables with attention to detail and quality.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to overcome project challenges and achieve project objectives.
- Maintain clear project documentation for knowledge transfer and support.
- Contribute to Hummingbird implementation playbooks and tools.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with healthcare consulting, Epic, and/or Patient Access operations, preferably in a team-based setting.
- Demonstrated ability to execute project tasks and deliverables.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Strong coordination skills to manage project delivery activities within a workstream and across workstreams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to assess operational readiness and develop corresponding plans.
- Experience in providing support during system changes and process improvements.
- Understanding of strategic business planning and execution within healthcare technology or related industries.

Benefits
- Compensation: The hiring range is $109,000 - $125,000 - $133,750 based on experience, less statutory deductions.
- Work Location: This is a work-from-home position. You must work from a private location within the United States with consistent, high-speed internet service.
- Travel: Work from home. There may be optional travel for company events.
- FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
