Role Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager with expertise in Salesforce, including Service Cloud and Community/Experience Cloud. This position is for a federal government client, and the ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex Salesforce implementations, working with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful project delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints.
- Lead and manage Salesforce-based projects, including Service Cloud and Community/Experience Cloud implementations, for federal government clients.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, deliverables, and timelines.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, ensuring alignment with client requirements and specifications.
- Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and third-party stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Mitigate risks and resolve issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular project status meetings with stakeholders to ensure clear communication and effective decision-making.
- Ensure that all project documentation, including status reports, requirements, and design specifications, are maintained and up-to-date.
- Implement best practices for project management in compliance with federal regulations and Salesforce standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required.
- Proven experience in managing Salesforce projects, specifically with Service Cloud and Community/Experience Cloud.
- Active Salesforce certification verifiable in Trailhead.
- Strong experience with project management methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Must be eligible to pass background and credit checks for Public Trust clearance.
- U.S. Citizen.
- Must be willing to accept a W2 employment arrangement.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in Salesforce Service Cloud and Community/Experience Cloud, including implementation, configuration, and customization.
- Strong understanding of federal government processes and regulations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
