Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect to join our team supporting a federal government client. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing, implementing, and optimizing large-scale Salesforce systems, ensuring that technical solutions align with business needs while maintaining the highest standards of security, performance, and scalability.
- Define the system architecture for large-scale Salesforce implementations, ensuring alignment with business requirements and government regulations.
- Enforce security best practices and ensure compliance with relevant standards and policies.
- Ensure system scalability, high availability, and performance optimization.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams to ensure efficient delivery of projects.
- Evaluate new Salesforce features and recommend adoption strategies to enhance system functionality and performance.
- Oversee DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployment strategies to ensure smooth and efficient releases.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and design effective technical solutions.
Qualifications
- US Citizenship
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in technical architecture, with a strong focus on Salesforce implementations.
- At least one active Salesforce certification (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Application Architect).
- Proven experience in system design, security, performance, and scalability.
- Strong knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
