Role Description

Derzeit suchen wir für unseren Mandanten - ein mittelständisches Unternehmen aus Norddeutschland - einen agilen IT Projektmanager (gn). Du hast die Möglichkeit hybrid und mehrheitlich remote zu arbeiten (80% remote) sowie am schönen und modernen Standort in Bremen. Regelmäßige Meetings mit den Peers und Teams vor Ort sind vorgesehen.

  • Leitung und Steuerung eines agilen Projekts zur Migration groĂźer Datenbestände
  • Aufbau und Moderation agiler Projektmethoden (Scrum, Kanban etc.)
  • Abstimmung mit IT, Fachbereichen und externen Partnern
  • Planung von Ressourcen, Budgets, Timings und Risikomanagement
  • Qualitätssicherung und Sicherstellung einer reibungslosen Systemumstellung
  • Reporting an interne Stakeholder sowie kontinuierliche Optimierung der Projektvorgehensweise

Qualifications

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (3-4 Jahre) im agilen Projektmanagement, idealerweise in der IT- oder Digitalisierungsumgebung
  • Praktische Erfahrung im Umfeld von Datenmigrationen (z. B. aus ERP-, CRM- oder Datenbanksystemen)
  • Agiles Mindset sowie Kenntnisse in Frameworks wie Scrum, SAFe oder Kanban
  • Ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten und Hands-on-Mentalität
  • FlieĂźende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
