[Hiring] Solutions Analyst & Delivery Enablement Associate @4SIGHT Supply Chain

Role Description

We are actively seeking a highly motivated Solutions Analyst & Delivery Enablement Associate to support the design, configuration, and optimization of tools, dashboards, and workflows that enable consistent, efficient execution across 4SiGHT’s consulting engagements. This entry-level role sits within Delivery Excellence & PMO, combining business analysis, digital enablement, and project management support. You will partner with project managers, practice leaders, and executive stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable solutions that improve governance, reporting, and operational efficiency.

• Develop and maintain project management tools and assets, including project plans, RAID logs (risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies), deliverable logs, resource management tools, executive status reports, and portfolio dashboards.
• Configure and support collaborative work management and reporting platforms, including Smartsheet, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Planner, SharePoint, and Power BI.
• Create automated workflows, notifications, data collection forms, and reporting solutions that reduce administrative effort and improve delivery consistency.
• Partner with project managers, consultants, and business leaders to gather requirements and translate operational needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Support testing, validation, deployment, and adoption of new tools and enhancements.
• Collect and consolidate project, program, and portfolio performance metrics to support reporting and analysis.
• Build dashboards that provide timely visibility into delivery performance and support leadership decision-making.
• Develop user guides, training materials, release notes, and process documentation.
• Support onboarding and training for project teams while promoting PMO standards, governance requirements, and best practices.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and standardize delivery processes through technology, automation, and AI-enabled productivity tools.
• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of 4SiGHT’s Smart PMO ecosystem and Delivery Excellence framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Industrial & Systems Engineering, Operations Management, Business Technology, Informatics, or a related field.
• Recent graduates and graduating seniors are encouraged to apply.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, logical functions, pivot tables, data analysis, visualization, and reporting.
• Familiarity with business systems, databases, and digital collaboration technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to learn new software platforms quickly.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and systems-thinking skills, with the ability to turn manual processes into streamlined, repeatable workflows.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and recommend opportunities for improvement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create professional documentation and explain ideas clearly.
• Strong collaboration skills with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Internship, academic project, or hands-on experience with Smartsheet, Power BI, Tableau, Jira, or Asana.
• Exposure to project management methodologies such as Critical Chain, Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery models.
• Experience developing dashboards, automated workflows, reporting tools, or process documentation.
• Interest in consulting, business transformation, supply chain operations, or digital enablement.

Travel & Work Location

• Position requires nominal travel. Travel to client sites is required from time to time based on project needs, including key design sessions, testing events, go-live, and production startup.
• When not traveling to a client site, the position may work remotely from home. Working at 4SiGHT does not require relocation, allowing employees flexibility regarding where they live.
