[Hiring] Senior Project Specialist @APTIM

Role Description

APTIM’s Energy Transition is seeking an experienced Senior Project Specialist. This position’s primary responsibilities are processing eligibility and project applications for the HOMES and HEAR programs. The Senior Project Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of applications submitted by customers and Registered Contractors.

• Interact with customers, Registered Contractors, and/or implementation team to ensure accurate applications.
• Provide customer service and administrative support.
• Ensure project information is accurate and project workflows are maintained.
• Manage customer incentive reviews, processing, and support project tasks with internal functional teams.
• Work with others who are enthusiastic about clean energy and energy efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years’ program/project management experience related to energy program implementation.
• Effective communication skills, experience with client engagement and coordination.
• Experience with CRM systems and tracking systems.
• Quantitative and analytic capabilities including report writing and spreadsheet analysis.
• Advanced written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent critical thinking skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to manage time and prioritize projects.
• Detail-oriented with excellent time management and project management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint.
