[Hiring] Senior Project Manager I @Randstad

Role Description

The Sr Proj Mgr I will be responsible for managing the Integrated Eligibility system in the Maintenance & Operations phase of the project lifecycle with significant hours dedicated to enhancements.

• Preparing risk/issue/decision documentation with input from workstream teams and maintaining updates to each on a weekly basis.
• Partnering with the State PMO team to add new risks/issues/decisions to the Google Drive Log (Source of truth).
• Updating weekly/monthly status reports.
• Presenting open issues/risks in a monthly State PMO call.
• Conducting a weekly internal meeting to gather new issues/risks/decisions and update.
• Meeting weekly with SPMO to align on outstanding risks/issues/decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT Project Management experience.
• 2+ years of experience in project management for a State Medicaid Agency or a large healthcare management organization.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
• Experienced managing IRAAD for fast-paced, complex initiatives with multiple workstreams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• 2+ years of experience in project management for a State Medicaid Agency or a large healthcare management organization.
