[Hiring] Senior IT Project Manager @Perfict Global

Role Description

The Sr IT Project Manager will oversee a mix of business and technical projects, with an approximate distribution of 60% business and 40% technical. Responsibilities include:

• Managing projects that may involve AI initiatives, cloud architecture, automation, and data-driven solutions.
• Interacting with senior executives and committees, including Presidents, Legal Counsel, IT partners, and delivery leadership.
• Utilizing strong Excel skills, including pivot tables.
• Understanding CAPEX and OPEX, working with Finance to categorize expenses.
• Having knowledge of Tableau from a Data Analytics perspective is a huge plus.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools is a huge plus.
• Ability to work on very complex projects, some of which are regulation-driven (e.g., from CMS, EPIC).
• Engaging with senior executive sponsors or committees, including President-level engagements.

Qualifications

• Tech industry background preferred; experience in large, complex enterprise environments.
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, advanced formulas).
• ServiceNow experience (PPM or ticketing tools); similar tools acceptable.
• Exposure to Tableau or other data analytics tools.
• Ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects (regulatory-driven, CMS, EPIC, etc.).
• Understanding of APIs, data warehouses, and data flow concepts (not hands-on, but enough to drive business outcomes).
• Familiarity with CAPEX/OPEX budgeting, financial forecasting, and resource allocation.
• Comfortable managing project budgets from $250K to $5M, including creating budgets with SMEs and forecasting labor expenses.

Requirements

• PMP certification required.
• Agile certification preferred (or experience in Agile environments).
• Scrum certification nice to have.
• Product-related certifications are a plus.
• AI certifications (e.g., prompt engineering, Gen AI basics) are a strong plus.
