Our direct client has an opening for a Sr Infrastructure Project Manager # 140742. This position is for 6-12+ months, with option of extension, and will be worked remote in the United States.

• 12+ years in project management with strong customer service and relationship management experience.
• Experience Leading Technical and/or infrastructure projects (10+ years).
• Project documentation skills and experience to support project chartering, scoping, and other project deliverables (10+ years).
• PMP Required – Active (certificate must be submitted to client at time of submission).

Be responsible for technical and overall project management with a focus on infrastructure and application initiatives. Develops project charters, plans, deliverables, and other project artifacts.

• Works closely with the project sponsor and IT senior management to understand and prioritize project tasks.
• Solves complex technical problems.
• Understands business objectives and problems, identifies alternative solutions, performs feasibility studies and cost/benefit analysis of alternatives.
• Builds an effective team and directs the work of the project team to meet project milestones.
• Develops standards, policies, and procedures.
• Research new technology and develops business cases to support technology services and solutions.
• Participate in special projects as required.

Requirements
