[Hiring] Senior Delivery/Project Manager @EPAM Systems

Role Description

We are looking for a Senior Delivery/Project Manager to revolutionize our Fortune Global 500 clients’ projects in E-Commerce, Healthcare and Life Sciences with emerging trends in Data, Cloud and GenAI. • Lead projects from kick-off through go-live and post-production, ensuring alignment with stakeholders and clearly defined success criteria.
• Manage the delivery process, including requirements, risks and the budget.
• Oversee product quality, setting benchmarks and engaging the team to meet them.
• Facilitate UAT / production deployments and manage releases.
• Prepare the WBS and resource plans.
• Act as the primary contact point for stakeholders, communicating project status, risks and progress.
• Interface with clients daily, holding demos, training engineers and managing expectations.
• Foster a collaborative, positive work environment, mentoring and coaching team members.
• Establish governance models, manage virtual teams and resolve people management issues.
• Implement organizational best practices on the projects.
• Create project management and communication plans, escalation procedures, change and risk management, as well as Agile ceremonies.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in team/project leadership.
• Expertise in delivering enterprise solutions, with at least five successful commercial projects.
• Knowledge of the full product development cycle, from pre-sales to post-production support.
• Confidence to lead a team of 50+ members, including people management.
• Background in setting up Dev, QA and BA processes on projects.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies, SAFe and Kanban.
• Use of GenAI for team productivity evaluation and decision-making.
• Production experience in Digital, Data or Cloud projects.
• Emotional intelligence with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Cultural awareness and openness to diversity.
• Proven, hands-on experience applying AI in delivery, including building AI agents and implementing an AI-enabled SDLC on past projects.
• Knowledge of AI SDLC and Spec-Driven Development (SDD) approaches, and the ability to champion them so teams meet their commitments.
• Experience using enterprise AI tools to speed up coding, testing and design work.
• Familiarity with AI technologies and how they apply in real delivery contexts, with a focus on delivered features and business value rather than technical execution alone.
• Willingness to keep experimenting with new AI tools and approaches, to adapt quickly to change and to unlearn old patterns.
• Upper-intermediate proficiency in English (B2+).

Requirements

• Prior hands-on engineering experience.
• Understanding of E-Commerce, Healthcare and Life Sciences domains.
• Familiarity with environment landscapes, sizing calculation and delivering techniques.
