[Hiring] SaaS Project Manager @Huron

Role Description

The SaaS Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering client-facing SaaS implementation and enhancement projects. This role manages scope, schedule, risks, resources, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful project outcomes. The Project Manager serves as the central point of coordination across project teams, clients, and internal stakeholders to drive execution, alignment, and delivery success.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Delivery
  • Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of client-facing projects.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, deliverables, and success criteria.
  • Ensure projects are appropriately scoped, staffed, and executed.
  • Drive accountability for project milestones, objectives, and outcomes.
• Stakeholder Management & Communication
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project communication.
  • Facilitate status meetings, project reviews, and stakeholder discussions.
  • Provide clear updates on project progress, risks, issues, and key decisions.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to support successful delivery.
• Resource & POD Coordination
  • Partner with Technical Consultants and Team Leads to coordinate resource assignments and delivery priorities across assigned PODs.
  • Monitor team capacity, workload distribution, and project demand to support effective staffing and delivery outcomes.
  • Identify resource constraints, competing priorities, and potential delivery impacts, escalating risks as appropriate.
  • Collaborate with leadership on Technical Consultant utilization, capacity planning, and resource forecasting activities.
• Risk & Issue Management
  • Identify, assess, and proactively manage project risks, dependencies, and obstacles.
  • Drive issue resolution and escalate concerns when appropriate.
  • Implement mitigation strategies to support successful project delivery.
  • Maintain visibility into project health and delivery performance.
• Delivery Excellence & Continuous Improvement
  • Apply project management methodologies, tools, and delivery standards.
  • Maintain required project documentation, reporting, and governance activities.
  • Support organizational change, adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Contribute to process enhancements, knowledge sharing, and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
• 3+ years of experience in project management, implementation, consulting, or related client-facing roles.
• Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Strong communication, facilitation, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive accountability.
• Experience with project management methodologies, governance practices, and collaboration tools.
• Proficiency with Smartsheet and Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.

Requirements

• Experience managing SaaS implementation or software delivery projects.
• Experience working in professional services, consulting, or client-facing environments.
• Experience coordinating Technical resources, delivery teams, or capacity planning activities.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps and Salesforce.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification preferred.

Benefits

• The estimated base salary for this job is $130,000 - $160,000.
• The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel.
• This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy.
• Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $149,500 - $200,000.
• The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs.

Location

• Remote. Ability to collaborate effectively with geographically dispersed teams and stakeholders is required.
• Occasional travel required, including periodic domestic travel within the United States.
• Will consider current Huron employees located in India.
