Role Description

Vivant is seeking a proactive and results-driven Project Manager to join our team. This role will lead a team of Project Coordinators while overseeing the end-to-end delivery of VoIP, ISP, and network projects, ensuring timely execution, quality standards, and client satisfaction.

• Provide leadership, coaching, and accountability to the Project Coordinator team.
• Manage project timelines and priorities.
• Serve as an escalation point for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ideal for an experienced leader with strong project management skills, customer-facing experience, and a passion for ownership, structured execution, and high-impact delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience.
• Previous experience managing, supervising, or directly leading a team.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously from planning through completion.
• 3+ years of customer-facing experience supporting U.S.-based clients.
• 1+ year of experience in Telecom, ISP, MSP, IT Services, Networking, or Low Voltage environments.
• Proven ability to coordinate vendors, carriers, subcontractors, and technical teams.
• Strong leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong ownership, follow-through, and ability to drive projects forward with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with networking concepts and technical service delivery.
• Experience using project management, ticketing, CRM, and collaboration tools.
• English Level: C1 required - RESUME MUST BE IN ENGLISH.

Requirements

• No People Management Experience: You have not previously managed, supervised, or directly led a team or direct reports.
• Not Customer-Facing: You're looking for an internal coordination or administrative role rather than owning customer relationships, escalations, and project outcomes.
• Not Project Management: Your experience is primarily administrative, task-based, or support-focused rather than managing projects from planning through completion.
• Not a Team Leader: You're not comfortable providing direction, coaching, prioritization, and accountability to team members.
• Not an Owner: You prefer detailed direction over taking initiative, making decisions, removing blockers, and driving projects and teams independently.
• Not Vendor/Technical Coordination: You haven't coordinated vendors, carriers, subcontractors, or technical teams to deliver customer projects.
• Not Telecom/IT Projects: Your experience has no connection to Telecom, ISP, MSP, IT Services, Networking, or Low Voltage environments.

Schedule

• Work hours aligned with the U.S. Central time zone between 8 AM - 5 PM Monday to Friday.

Compensation

• Monthly Base Salary: $2,000 – $3,000 USD.
• Determining Factors: Final offer depends on technical expertise, years of relevant experience, and specific skills.
• Note: This range covers base pay only; all other benefits will be discussed during the offer stage.
