Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Strategy & Impact Business Enablement to lead and deliver cross-functional projects and business initiatives from initiation through completion. The ideal candidate will have 5–8 years of business experience, including at least 3–4 years leading projects, programs, organizational change, or business transformation initiatives.

• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, governance frameworks, communication plans, and status reports.
• Manage project scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
• Facilitate requirements-gathering workshops, stakeholder interviews, discovery sessions, and planning discussions.
• Establish clear objectives, deliverables, assumptions, constraints, and success measures.
• Collaborate with business leaders, vendors, subject matter experts, and cross-functional delivery teams.
• Prepare executive updates, recommendations, options analyses, and governance materials.
• Support Agile and hybrid delivery practices; manage backlogs and roadmaps.
• Identify opportunities to improve project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and governance processes.
• Coordinate communications, marketing, digital media, content production, events, partnerships, and stakeholder engagement workstreams.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, facilitation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using Microsoft 365 and project management tools.
• Relevant post-secondary education or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A recognized project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or an equivalent credential.

• Agile backlog management, roadmap planning, sprint planning, reviews, and continuous improvement.
• Project management coaching and improvement of delivery practices.
• Strong organizational, analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate communications, marketing, digital media, events, partnerships, and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
