Role Description

The Project Manager will be responsible for leading corporate technology and digital transformation projects in accordance with organizational priorities. This role involves:

• Leading the strategic direction and management of assigned digital transformation projects, including PRISM.
• Planning and coordinating project delivery across business and technical teams.
• Engaging and managing stakeholders at all levels.
• Managing project scope, changes, risks, and dependencies.
• Planning and monitoring project resources and budgets.
• Ensuring quality assurance and testing of project deliverables.
• Coordinating project communication and change management.
• Coordinating knowledge management and end-user training and support.
• Coordinating project closure, transition, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in business administration, management, project management, Information Technology, or other related fields is required.
• A first-level university degree in combination with two additional years of qualifying experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree.
• Project Management Certification (Prince2; PMI) is desirable.
• Agile/SCRUM Certification is desirable.

Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in strategic and managerial leadership in complex IT, digital transformation projects.
• Experience in successfully running software development and product implementation projects.
• Experience in organizational change management, risk mitigation, and conflict management.
• Experience in roles as a Programme Manager, Project Manager, and/or Business Analyst.
• Experience in the development and management of project budgeting and tracking.
• Experience leading a cross-functional team.
• Experience working within the United Nations or at a global/corporate level is highly desirable.
• Experience with quality assurance and testing is desirable.
• Experience in data integration across different technical platforms is required.
• Experience with enterprise services like Microsoft 365, Oracle Cloud ERP, SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS models is required.
• Experience in the use of standard office software packages (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.) is required.
