Role Description

We have an immediate opening for a Project Manager. In this role, you will develop and oversee project plans, utilizing both predictive and agile methodologies. Cross-functional collaboration and managing multiple projects simultaneously are keys to being a successful Project Manager here. A passion for coaching peers and team members to success, leading by example, and influencing without authority must be part of your project management toolset.

To be successful, you’ll need to be detail-oriented and initiative-taking. We need a broad thinker who can make suggestions, take constructive feedback with a good attitude and without pushback, and then go out and personally execute with diligence. If you are collaborative, versatile, and take pride in leading a variety of projects no matter the size, we’re probably a good fit.

This position is full-time and work-from-home.

Job Duties

• Serve all stakeholders with integrity, humility, and joy while consistently modeling the importance of both task competency and relationships;
• Participate in Company events, activities, and meetings with a smile and an infectious, great attitude;
• Build and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance, by providing purpose, direction, and motivation;
• Coordinate and collaborate with a cross-functional team, from data analysts to marketing professionals and instructional managers;
• Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, implementation plans, and retrospectives, including risk mitigation;
• Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and guidelines;
• Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope or schedule to ensure that project requirements can be met;
• Establish and cultivate relationships with relevant internal stakeholders, including members of senior and executive leadership, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes;
• Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards and assessing risks;
• Develop and maintain partnerships with third-party partners, including vendors and contractors;
• Assign and monitor team sprints to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables; anticipate risks and roadblocks, proposing solutions before they impact project delivery;
• Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan;
• All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field required;
• Minimum of four (4) years of project management experience with a proven track record in effective execution of project plans;
• Professional certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master required;
• Experience in the education industry preferred;
• Experience with Mac OS, Google Workspace products, and Asana preferred;
• Private, distraction-free, professional remote work environment with high-speed internet required;
• Ability to pass required background checks.

• Skilled in predictive and agile methodologies;
• Experience adhering to brand guidelines;
• Proven success working with all levels of management;
• Experience in coaching project team members to strengthen their abilities and skill sets;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; a proactive communicator;
• Excellent presentation and meeting facilitation skills;
• Strict attention to detail.

Base Pay Range

$80,000 — $95,000 USD
