Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic Project Management team. In this role, you will be a critical partner to strategy, creative, and production leads, helping drive the development and execution of custom advertising solutions from inception through delivery. You will play a central role in ensuring projects are executed on time, within scope and budget, and at the highest level of quality. This role reports to the Senior Project Director.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build trusted, productive working relationships with creative, production, development, commerce, and other partners.
• Serve as a central point of coordination across multiple internal departments and external partners.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Build and maintain detailed project schedules and timelines.
• Proactively identify risks, challenges, and inefficiencies.
• Optimize workflows and processes to improve efficiency.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date project documentation and trackers.
• Coordinate the intake, distribution, and delivery of creative assets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience within a marketing, creative, production, or media environment; entertainment or advertising experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Strong strategic and conceptual thinker who can understand overarching goals and translate them into clear, actionable plans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive problem-solver with a calm, solutions-focused approach to challenges.
• Collaborative, team-first mindset with openness to feedback and continuous improvement.
• Working knowledge of post-production processes and experience managing creative assets.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
