Role Description

As a Project Manager for SFSF (SuccessFactors) projects at Strada US, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the implementation and optimization of SuccessFactors solutions. Your expertise in project management and SuccessFactors will be crucial in ensuring the successful delivery of projects and achieving our clients' HR and business objectives.

Lead and manage SuccessFactors implementation projects from initiation to completion.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Coordinate and communicate with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
Provide expert advice on best practices and industry standards.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients and internal teams.
Stay up-to-date with the latest SuccessFactors updates and trends.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Project Manager with knowledge of SuccessFactors.
Strong understanding of SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning, etc.).
Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) and SuccessFactors are a plus.
