Role Description
As a Senior SAP HCM Payroll Consultant at Strada US, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support in the implementation and optimization of SAP HCM Payroll solutions for US-based clients. Your extensive knowledge and experience will be crucial in helping our clients achieve their HR and payroll objectives.
- Lead and manage SAP HCM Payroll implementation projects from start to finish.
- Provide expert advice on best practices and industry standards.
- Customize and configure SAP HCM Payroll modules to meet client requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP HCM Payroll applications.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients and internal teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP HCM Payroll updates and trends.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Senior SAP HCM Payroll Consultant, specifically with US payroll.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP HCM Payroll modules and functionalities.
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant certifications in SAP HCM Payroll are a plus.
