Role Description

As an SFSF Employee Central Consultant at Strada US, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support in the implementation and optimization of the Employee Central module within SuccessFactors. Your broad knowledge and experience will be crucial in helping our clients achieve their HR and business objectives.

Lead and manage Employee Central implementation projects from start to finish.
Provide expert advice on best practices and industry standards.
Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients and internal teams.
Customize and configure the Employee Central module to meet client requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Employee Central applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems.
Stay up-to-date with the latest SuccessFactors updates and trends.

Qualifications

Proven experience as an SFSF Employee Central Consultant.
In-depth knowledge of the Employee Central module within SuccessFactors.
Strong project management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Relevant certifications in SuccessFactors are a plus.
