[Hiring] Project Coordinator IV @INSPYR Solutions

Role Description

We are looking for a Project Coordinator IV with strong technical product operations experience, advanced data analysis skills, and the ability to independently manage multiple workstreams. This role will support cross-functional product initiatives, use data to identify opportunities and risks, and leverage AI and automation tools to improve workflows and operational outcomes.

• Support program execution across multiple products and platforms, including 0-to-1 initiatives and process improvements.
• Write and optimize advanced SQL queries to collect, transform, and analyze product and operational data.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support real-time decision-making.
• Leverage AI agents and AI-assisted tools to accelerate analysis, automate repetitive tasks, and prototype solutions.
• Identify program risks and develop data-backed mitigation strategies.
• Manage multiple workstreams while coordinating closely with Product, Engineering, Legal, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
• Use data and critical thinking to identify root causes, anticipate roadblocks, and drive solutions.
• Communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates clearly to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in strategy, operations, consulting, program management, or technical product operations.
• Advanced SQL proficiency, including CTEs, window functions, joins, aggregations, and data transformations.
• Experience using AI agents or AI-assisted workflows to improve productivity and automate processes.
• Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace, particularly Google Sheets, including complex formulas, pivot tables, documentation, and automated workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt quickly to new tools, technologies, and changing requirements.

Requirements

• Experience with VS Code or similar development environments.
• Experience with AI-assisted development, vibe coding, low-code/no-code solutions, or AI-generated code.
• Experience building dashboards and data visualizations using Tableau, Looker, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with data pipelines, ETL processes, and data infrastructure concepts.
• Experience partnering with Engineering teams on technical specifications and requirements.
• Background in quality assurance, triage operations, or AI/ML validation workflows.
• Experience developing and implementing manual or automated testing strategies for products and features.
• Experience working in large-scale technology or product-driven organizations.
