Role Description
- Unterstützung bei kaufmännischen Projekten und administrativen Abläufen
- Einholung von Schachtscheinen , verkehrsrechtlichen Anordnungen und Organisation von Mietgeräten
- Organisation und Koordination administrativer Prozesse am Standort
- Pflege von Dokumenten, Daten und Projektunterlagen
- Unterstützung des Teams im Tagesgeschäft sowie Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Informationsflusses
- Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung interner Büro- und Verwaltungsabläufe
Qualifications
- Kaufmännische Ausbildung, z. B. als Kauffrau für Büromanagement , Industriekauffrau , Kauffrau für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung oder vergleichbar
- Alternativ Berufserfahrung im kaufmännischen Umfeld
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und Bereitschaft zur Einarbeitung in neue Systeme
- Idealerweise Nachweis eines RSA-Zertifikat
- Organisationsgeschick, Kommunikationsstärke und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Schnelle Auffassungsgabe sowie lösungsorientiertes Denken
