• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a business-related field or equivalent work experience
• Project Management Institute Project Management Professional certification (PMI-PMP)
• Over five years of experience with project management, including:
• Working with deadlines
• Estimating project duration
• Knowledge of project management techniques and tools
• Demonstrated experience in:
• Breaking down problems
• Organizing work
• Planning sprints
• Delivering technical programs in agile delivery models (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
• Experience working on programs to define and build cloud-native software products as a platform at scale
• Proven experience in:
• People management
• Strategic planning
• Risk management
• Change management
• Expertise in:
• Payments
• IaaS
• PaaS
• Serverless technology
• CI/CD
• NoSQL databases
• Microservices APIs
• Distributed systems operations in a DevOps model
• Demonstrated soft skills, including:
• Facilitation
• Diplomacy
• Conflict resolution
• Ability to interact with internal and external customers to interpret business requirements
• Ability to understand and interact with technically oriented team members
• Agile Software Development Lifecycle experience
• SCRUM experience
• Demonstrable project planning tools experience
• Ability to effectively communicate cross-organizationally and work well in a team, fast-paced environment
• A highly motivated, well-organized, self-starter desiring an opportunity to grow professionally

Qualifications
