Role Description

The Program Manager provides Facility Management experience to designated programs and assignments for a particular client account, property portfolio, or large facility/complex through interaction with the client, property or facility management team, and project management staff. Monitors and coordinates the execution of the two main programs and processes relating to client contracted agreements for Facility management and tenant improvement consulting services.

• Lead and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, develop and maintain master program budgets and timelines as required for each program and program phase to ensure overall program objectives and client needs are met.
• Drive program enhancements and growth to achieve client's overall need and goal.
• Provide governance to ensure data quality and develop trainings to address inconsistencies or inaccuracies.
• Prepare and coordinate program reports for clients, Account/Portfolio Manager, and property/facility management team at all program phases including conceptual, implementation, completion, and reporting.
• Review invoices, change orders and other documents associated with work orders; advise and counsel the Account/Portfolio Manager and building/facility management team.
• Provide all necessary documentation and reports to the client and building/facility management team.
• Cooperate with other building/facility personnel to achieve corporate goals and objectives as to quality, service, cost and profit.
• Report to the Account/Portfolio Manager and senior building/facility manager regarding major problems and findings and results achieved along with specific, complete, and comprehensive recommendations.
• May be required to establish goals and objectives with timetables for the organizational unit and sub-units supervised.
• Manage large data sets, validate, update for accuracy, and provide reports based on data.
• Performs other related duties as required or requested.

Qualifications

• A BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience in project coordination is preferred with strong knowledge of lease terms, construction, move process and furniture systems.
• A minimum of three years of experience in a corporate real estate environment in any of the following areas: Space planning, MAC projects, furniture reconfiguration, project management or facilities management.
• Ability to demonstrate proficiency in utilizing technology tools such as Monday.com, Excel, Word, AutoCAD, & Power Point. Experience in learning/using a new technology platform would also be desirable.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Facilities Management, Corporate Real Estate, Project Management, or Business Administration required.
• A minimum of 5-7 years of commercial high-rise, campus environment, and/or property portfolio management experience required.
• Experience in leasing, construction, engineering and all facets of property operation and building management preferred.
• Experience with critical system environments desired.
• Experience in the development and implementation of programs to drive out cost inefficiencies preferred.
• CMMS/Work Order Management experience preferred.

• The compensation for the position is: $85,850.00 - $101,000.00.
