Role Description

As a key member of our delivery team, you will focus on engagements of varying sizes across diverse industries. Your role will involve:

• Developing and managing detailed program plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Ensuring all programs align with the company's strategic goals and client expectations.
• Monitoring and reporting on program progress, risks, and issues to senior management and stakeholders.
• Managing program budgets for cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
• Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met.
• Leading and motivating cross-functional project teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
• Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies.
• Ensuring all deliverables meet the highest quality standards and client specifications.
• Preparing and presenting program reports, including status updates and financials.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in professional services, functional or technical consulting, with a strong focus on ERP, CRM, or eCommerce systems.
• Proven success in leading and delivering complex SaaS programs across diverse industries.
• 5+ years of management experience overseeing cross-functional teams across multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong expertise with the NetSuite platform.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business challenges into scalable technology solutions.
• Experience managing full program life cycles, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget.
• Track record of building and maintaining long-term, profitable client relationships.
• Proficient in project portfolio management, resource planning, and risk mitigation.
• Skilled at facilitating executive-level communications.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated agility in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Familiarity with cloud computing technologies and third-party application ecosystems.
• PMP, Prince2, or similar project/program management certification is a plus.
• Open to travel up to 20–25% for client engagements and team coordination activities.
