Role Description

The Program Manager is an enterprise-level program leader responsible for the successful delivery of Solumina across all business areas for a dedicated customer program encompassing multiple projects. This role provides strategic oversight, ensuring alignment to contractual commitments, enterprise architecture, and targeted business outcomes while coordinating activities across iBase-t Project Managers and serving as the central escalation point for risks, issues, and dependencies.

The Program Manager serves as the primary interface with customer program leadership and maintains executive visibility into overall program health. This role is accountable for integrated program planning, program-level financials, forecasts, and milestones, and represents iBase-t Program Management in governance forums.
