Role Description

We are seeking a Program Manager.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of experience in program management.
• Ten (10) years of leadership experience with progressively higher responsibility in the public and/or private sector in the IT and/or consulting fields.
• Experience with the Information Technology Acquisition process and its milestones.
• Experience in analyzing a variety of source documentation.
• Demonstrated experience supporting government agencies, customers, or contracts within federal environments, including the Intelligence Community (IC), Department of Defense (DoD), Federal Civil agencies, and military organizations.
• Project or Program Management certification or other equivalent/recognized Project or Program Management Certification.
• Preferred: SAFe Agile Certification or industry recognized equivalent certification.

Requirements

• Leads projects that involve the successful management of teams composed of data processing and other information management professionals.
• Performs day-to-day management of overall contract support operations, possibly involving multiple projects and groups of personnel at multiple locations.
• Organizes, directs, and coordinates the planning and production of all contract support activities.
• Demonstrates written and oral communication skills.
• Establishes and alters (as necessary) corporate management structure to direct effective contract support activities.

Work Environment

• Location: Remote with periodic support at Fort Belvoir or other places in the National Capitol Region.
• Type of environment: Remote.

• Work schedule: Day shift Monday – Friday; may be requested to work evenings and weekends.
• Amount of Travel: Less than 10%.

Work Authorization/Security Clearance

Wage Information

• Target salary range: $160,000 - $220,000.
• The salary range displayed is an estimate and will be determined based on several factors regarding the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience.

Physical Demands

• Regularly required to use hands to handle, feel, touch; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear.
• Regularly required to stand; walk; sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Regularly required to lift up to 10 pounds; frequently required to lift up to 25 pounds; and up to 50 pounds.
• Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
