Role Description

Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product, involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Responsibilities include:

• Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget.
• Monitor project(s) from initiation through delivery.
• Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of project/product on schedule and within budget constraints.
• Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.
• Consult with customers or other departments on project status, proposals, or technical issues, such as software system design or maintenance.
• May telecommute.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
• 7 years of experience in the job offered or in a Program Manager-related occupation.

Requirements

• Program and project management including managing and coordinating end to end cloud initiatives, and working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Data and analytic skills including the ability to collect and stitch data from various systems, analyze data to make Cloud capacity decisions, including ordering additional capacity.
• Process design, implementation, and execution.
• Tooling and technology platform acumen including SQL, Excel, PPT, Word, ticketing systems like JIRA, and IM communication systems like Slack.
• Cloud infrastructure.
• Forecast modeling.
• End to end supply chain and hardware lifecycle knowledge.
• Risk management for infrastructure operations.
• Cross-functional team engagement and leadership.
