Role Description

This role involves managing a cross-functional commercial launch team in market readiness, including:

Key responsibilities include:

Developing, implementing, and maintaining launch readiness plans
Ensuring commercial strategies align with corporate goals
Driving the creation and maintenance of a launch dashboard for transparency to senior leadership

Project Leadership & Stakeholder Management:

Facilitating project governance and ensuring visibility into project milestones and risks
Co-leading reviews of launch deliverables and ensuring alignment across development and commercial workstreams
Acting as a key liaison between the Commercial Launch team and executive leadership

Operational Excellence & Risk Management:

Identifying project risks and key interdependencies
Developing and implementing mitigation plans
Implementing project management best practices to enhance team efficiency
Providing coaching and development to team members on project and launch management methodologies
Measuring team performance to achieve deliverables and providing feedback to functional management
Utilizing data from performance metrics to identify and develop solutions for long-term efficiencies

Qualifications

Minimum of 10+ years of project management experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry
Proven track record of leading NDA filings and commercial launches
Strong knowledge of FDA regulations and commercialization strategies

Requirements

Expertise in project management methodologies
Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage complex, cross-functional teams and drive strategic objectives
