[Hiring] Manager, Service Delivery @GTT

Role Description

As Manager, Service Delivery – Project Management, you will lead, develop, and scale a team of Project Managers responsible for the implementation and activation of GTT’s managed services portfolio. You will partner cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Operations, and external vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to customer expectations and SLAs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Project Managers delivering customer-facing telecommunications projects
• Own service delivery performance, including SLAs, KPIs, quality, and customer satisfaction
• Coordinate internal and external resources to meet project milestones and business objectives
• Proactively identify, escalate, and resolve delivery risks and issues
• Drive continuous improvement across processes, tools, and team capability
• Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and enterprise customers

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of telecommunications experience, including 1+ year managing direct reports
• Project management experience delivering network, Ethernet, or managed services
• Experience with IP Transit, DIA, SD-WAN, MPLS, Ethernet, or cloud networking
• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Nice to Have)
• Experience managing financial forecasts, operational metrics, or vendor performance (Nice to Have)
• Background in service provider or large-scale enterprise environments (Nice to Have)
