[Hiring] Manager, PMO & Continuous Improvement @Unreal Snacks

Role Description

We are seeking a Manager, PMO & Continuous Improvement to enable the development of a best-in-class Project Management Office (PMO) supporting Unreal’s rapidly growing business. The Manager, PMO & Continuous Improvement will enable the success of key initiatives across the business, including:

• Packaging updates
• New product launches
• Supply chain redundancy
• Cost-savings projects

In this role, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to standard by aligning multiple stakeholders and optimizing shared resources. You will leverage your CPG project management experience and workflow tools (such as Monday.com) to oversee a diverse portfolio of cross-functional projects—tracking milestones, streamlining processes, and ensuring tight alignment across teams including:

• Food Safety & Quality
• Supply
• Procurement
• Finance
• Marketing
• Sales
• Brand Innovation

The Manager, PMO & Continuous Improvement will be a vital member of the Supply team and report directly to the Director, Innovation & Stage Gate. Candidates located on the East Coast of the United States are preferred.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in a project management role within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry. Flexible packaging experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Monday.com or similar workflow platforms.
• Experience managing a diverse portfolio of cross-functional projects, with the ability to quickly ramp up on new business areas and processes.
• Proven ability to establish and manage detailed project timelines, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence.
• Demonstrated ability to manage scope and defend project timelines by leveraging data, evaluating operational trade-offs, and proposing alternative solutions when disruptions arise.
• Process-oriented mindset with comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Experience building or maturing PMO frameworks with a demonstrated ability to streamline workflows.
• Exposure to continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to anticipating obstacles, evaluating downstream impacts, and identifying alternative solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of providing clear, structured, and timely updates to cross-functional partners and leadership.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and work effectively across departments and with external partners.
• Experience working in a founder-led environment is a plus.

Requirements

• The base compensation range for this position is between $82K - $98K annually.
• This position is also eligible for a 15% bonus.
• The salary range listed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position.
• Individual compensation is determined by additional factors, including role-related experience and relevant education and certifications.
• Bonus payout is pro-rated to start date. Employees must be employed by September 30 of the calendar year to be eligible for bonus for that calendar year.
