[Hiring] Manager, M&A Integration @SailPoint

Role Description

This is a US-based remote role. You will be required to interview in person.

Imagine starting your day syncing with cross-functional leaders across Product, Engineering, IT, HR, and GTM to ensure the integration of a newly acquired company is running smoothly. As a Manager, M&A Integration, you will be the day-to-day heartbeat of our Integration Management Office (IMO). You will:

• Translate high-level strategic deal theses into execution-ready integration plans.
• Proactively map out dependencies, update milestone trackers, and manage RAID logs.
• Facilitate workshops to streamline product integration.
• Dive into due diligence materials to identify transition service requirements.
• Synthesize complex operational progress into crisp updates for executive leadership.

While this is an individual contributor role, you will be a critical orchestrator across SailPoint, using tools like Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, and Slack to keep all stakeholders aligned and moving forward in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 4+ years of professional experience in management consulting, transaction advisory, corporate development, business operations, sales operations, or technical program management.
• 2+ years of experience supporting M&A transaction due diligence or acquisition integration or separation planning and execution.
• Strong communication and organizational skills across multiple levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate and influence diverse, cross-functional teams.
• Comfortable working in a rapidly changing, fast-paced environment with a high capacity to manage constant changes of direction, priorities, and ambiguity.
• Strong structured problem-solving skills on abstract, complex, and ambiguous business problems.
• Willingness and comfort to take clear ownership and accountability for integration workstreams.
• Technical acumen and the ability to converse effectively on technical integration topics.

Requirements

• Experience working in the cybersecurity or enterprise software industry.
• Understanding of business and operating models in the software industry.
• Experience from a Big 4 or top-tier M&A / deal advisory practice.
• Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
