Veeva Systems is looking for driven, self-motivated Program Leads with a passion for empowering enterprise companies with best-of-breed cloud-based technology. Veeva’s Vault Development Cloud helps organizations eliminate silos and transforms business processes across clinical, regulatory, quality, and drug safety with greater efficiency and compliance.

Program Leads within our practice will be responsible for:

• Leading a team of technical Veeva colleagues in developing and executing a strategic roadmap of enhancements for a customer’s Veeva Vault products.
• Overseeing the implementation of an agile release methodology and managing operations across customer QA, IT, and Business teams.
• Partnering and building relationships with some of Veeva’s largest, most complex, and strategic customers.

This is a remote, full-time permanent role with Veeva. There is no work location requirement. This is a customer-facing role with occasional travel requirements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in IT Project Management.
• Proven program management track record leading implementation and/or post-implementation teams, whilst still having a good understanding of technical knowledge.
• Proven ability to work both independently and in teams in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
• Ability to quickly understand business requirements and design creative solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills – our company language is English.
• Project Management Certification or equivalent relevant experience.

Requirements

• Experience in the Lifesciences Quality, Clinical, Regulatory, or Drug Safety spaces (Nice to Have).
• Experience with Data or Content Management applications (Nice to Have).
• Direct experience with systems such as Veeva Vault, Monday.com, Google Docs, SharePoint, Smartsheet (Nice to Have).

Compensation

Total compensation: 240,000 - 380,000 PLN. The total compensation range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential total compensation range for this role. Please note that actual total compensation may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position's total compensation may be composed of other types of compensation, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
