Role Description

The client is looking for an organized and proactive IT Project Coordinator to support ongoing technology initiatives across Infrastructure, Security, and Application teams. What You'll Do

• Coordinate meetings, action items, and follow-ups across IT teams and vendors
• Track tasks, timelines, and deliverables across multiple projects
• Document meeting notes, decisions, and next steps
• Support IT leadership with scheduling, reporting, and stakeholder communications
• Assist with vendor coordination and issue tracking
• Maintain project documentation and collaboration tools
• Help ensure priorities and dependencies are clearly communicated across teams

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, IT support, or operations
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Clear communicator — comfortable with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience with tools like Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Jira, Smartsheet, Asana, or Monday.com
• Bachelor's degree preferred (IT, Business, MIS, or related field)
• Must reside in California

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager
• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, IT support, or operations
• Current experience as an IT PM supporting ongoing technology initiatives across IT Infrastructure, IT Security, and Application teams
• Experience supporting and coordinating IT testing projects – coordinating with stakeholders and facilitating meetings
• Support IT leadership with scheduling, reporting, and stakeholder communications
