[Hiring] Epic Project Manager @TEKsystems

Role Description

Seeking an experienced Epic Project Manager to lead complex Epic EHR implementation initiatives across a multi-facility healthcare environment. This individual will be responsible for managing all phases of the project lifecycle, including:

• Planning
• Design
• Build
• Testing
• Training
• Go-live
• Post-implementation support

Candidates should have a proven track record leading large-scale Epic deployments and coordinating cross-functional teams across IT, clinical, and operational departments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of healthcare IT project management experience.
• 3+ years leading Epic EHR implementation projects in an acute care or integrated health system environment.
• Experience managing full project lifecycle activities from project initiation through go-live and stabilization.
• Strong understanding of Epic application implementations and integration across clinical and revenue cycle workflows.
• Proven ability to manage project scope, budgets, timelines, risks, vendors, and executive stakeholder communications.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams including IT, clinical, operational, and third-party resources.
• Bachelor's degree required; PMP preferred.

Requirements

• Epic certification(s) or direct experience supporting Epic applications.
• Experience working within large health systems or multi-hospital organizations.
• Epic Community Connect implementation experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with Epic upgrades, optimization, mergers/acquisitions, or onboarding affiliated organizations.
• Strong change management and organizational adoption experience.
