Role Description

We are currently seeking a highly organized and motivated Digital Project Manager to join our growing team.

Own the Digital Landscape – Plan, execute, and deliver top-tier digital projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
Collaborate & Lead – Work closely with talented designers, developers, marketers, and key stakeholders to bring projects to life.
Stay Organized & Efficient – Manage budgets, schedules, and progress reports while keeping everything on track.
Innovate & Optimize – Use project management tools and the latest industry trends to push boundaries and set new standards.
Build Strong Relationships – Keep clients engaged, informed, and delighted throughout every phase of a project.

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year working in a Digital Agency delivering Digital Projects (Mandatory)
Previous experience managing websites.
Experienced in understanding client objectives and developing project plans that deliver on those objectives while adhering to budget and timeline constraints.
Customer Success, Relationship Management, Account Management, or similar.
A breadth of knowledge across the digital marketing and creative technology sector, including but not limited to knowledge of; CMS systems, web design and build, e-commerce, mobile web, SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
Comfortable in leading communications or content delivery requirements.
Calm and professional under pressure, able to make decisions and provide clear direction.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail.
A high level of English speaking and communication skills.
Consistent project management methods.
Strong use of digital project management tools.
An understanding of the complexities and task flows for various digital products.
Basic understanding of digital / technical skills, such as coding, CMS, LMS systems.
Interpersonal skills.
