Role Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Junior Bookkeeper to join our Finance team in the Information Technology and Services industry.
- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records
- Process invoices and reconcile accounts
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Assist in preparing financial reports
- Support Senior Bookkeeper with day-to-day tasks
- Assist with payroll
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in bookkeeping or accounting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (Xero experience would be preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

- Entry Level
Benefits
- Salary: R6,500 – R8,000 per month depending on experience
- 40 days of annual leave
- Untaken leave will automatically roll over to the following year
- Fully remote
- Own Laptop / computer is essential for this role
