Role Description

This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can manage executive-level tasks with minimal supervision and ensure that daily operations run smoothly.

  • Calendar and schedule management
  • Travel arrangements and logistics
  • Project management and administrative support
  • Administrative tasks and executive level communication
  • Troubleshoot issues and resolve them independently
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Virtual Assistant supporting senior-level executives
  • Familiarity with U.S. Healthcare systems and an understanding of the Skilled Nursing Industry (or similar healthcare setting) will be an added advantage
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Strong knowledge of Outlook Calendars/Invites for scheduling and managing executive calendars

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter with critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Professional, personable, and easy to work with
