[Hiring] Digital Business Analyst @Athyna

Role Description

We’re looking for a Business Analyst / Project Manager to support website development and digital operations initiatives across multiple teams. In this role, you’ll act as the bridge between business stakeholders, agencies, and technical teams, ensuring website projects are properly scoped, coordinated, and delivered on time. You’ll help translate business needs into clear requirements while managing timelines, stakeholders, and cross-functional collaboration.

In your day-to-day, you will:

• Act as a Business Analyst / Project Manager for website development initiatives
• Gather and translate business requirements into functional requirements and user stories
• Coordinate delivery across cross-functional teams, agencies, and technical partners
• Manage project plans including scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies
• Align UX, analytics, and technical implementation across teams
• Support collaboration between design, development, QA, analytics, and content teams
• Track project progress and ensure on-time delivery of website initiatives
• Maintain documentation, stakeholder updates, and project reporting
• Support digital operations initiatives and standardized delivery processes

Qualifications

• 5–6 years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, or similar roles
• Experience managing website development or digital platform projects
• Experience working with CMS platforms such as: Sitecore (preferred), WordPress, Drupal, Magento, HubSpot CMS
• Understanding of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
• Experience collaborating with UX/UI teams using Figma
• Experience managing projects using tools such as Smartsheet or similar PM platforms
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and agency partners
• Ability to operate as both a Business Analyst and Project Manager

Requirements

• Experience working in regulated industries such as healthcare, life sciences, or pharmaceuticals
• Experience supporting enterprise website platforms
• Familiarity with digital analytics and tagging implementations
• Experience working with distributed global teams
