Role Description

We are seeking an experienced, highly organized, and proactive Project Manager, Marketing Operations (Senior) to support the operational rhythm of a marketing team focused on customer acquisition across multiple business segments. This position serves as the operational backbone of the team, ensuring:

• Recurring meetings
• Project timelines
• Status updates
• Action items
• Cross-functional initiatives remain organized and on track

You will work closely with senior marketing leadership and regional campaign teams, providing structure, visibility, and consistent follow-through across multiple workstreams.

The ideal candidate has at least 7 years of project management experience, preferably within Marketing Operations, and can contribute immediately with minimal supervision. Exceptional communication skills are essential.

This is an operational project management position, not a marketing strategy or hands-on campaign execution role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of professional project management experience, preferably supporting marketing operations or cross-functional business teams.
• Proven ability to independently manage multiple projects, stakeholders, priorities, and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide clear, concise, and actionable updates.
• Experience preparing meeting agendas, documenting decisions, and managing follow-ups.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, accountability, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience using digital project management and collaboration platforms.
• Ability to quickly learn new tools and adapt to established workflows.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and contribute immediately with minimal supervision.
• Consistent responsiveness, proactive communication, and reliable follow-through.
• Strong professional English proficiency.
• Availability for 40 hours per week preferred, with flexibility for exceptional candidates available for at least 30 hours per week.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Marketing Operations, particularly supporting customer acquisition teams.
• Hands-on experience with Google Workspace, Slack, Claude, and Smartsheet.
• Hands-on Quickbase experience — a significant advantage.
• Experience coordinating regional or distributed marketing teams.
• Experience improving project management processes, reporting, and operational workflows.
• Familiarity with marketing campaign operations and sales handoff processes.
• Availability aligned with U.S. Central Time business hours.

• This is a project management and marketing operations role, not a marketing strategy, paid media, or campaign execution position.
• A minimum of 7 years of project management experience is required. Candidates should be comfortable taking ownership of operational responsibilities from the beginning.
• Clear, reliable communication is non-negotiable. Candidates must demonstrate consistent responsiveness, structured updates, and strong follow-through.
• Quickbase experience is a major advantage, but not mandatory. Familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, Claude, and Smartsheet is highly valued.
• The preferred schedule is 40 hours per week, with flexibility for exceptional candidates who can commit to at least 30 hours per week. U.S. Central Time alignment is preferred, but other time zones may be considered.
