Role Description
Join Storyteller's dedicated team as a Delivery Manager, where you will be at the forefront of a dynamic, fast-paced environment, driving the successful integration of our Stories platform for high-profile clients.
- Responsible for the seamless delivery of projects from the post-sale phase through to launch and the initial period of live operation.
- Active improvement and development of all processes around delivery to improve client satisfaction.
- Grabbing hold of projects and making them your own, being the person who knows and cares the most about the clients you are integrating.
- Initiating delivery projects, aligning plans with client expectations and business objectives.
- Running client onboarding calls, helping to define the spec and leading them through the process of integrating our product.
- Controlling project schedules, tracking milestones, and adjusting timelines as necessary using project management tools.
- Maintaining transparent client communication, managing stakeholder expectations, and negotiating scope changes effectively.
- Reviewing client integrations of our product to ensure they are to spec and feedback any issues to app integrators.
- Running CMS training with clients to ensure they can use the platform effectively.
- Identifying and proactively engaging with problems to generate, evaluate and propose possible solutions.
- Managing post-launch support, ensuring a smooth handover to Customer Success.
- Working with teams across the company - most of our projects are a blend of tech and content.
- Contributing to improvements in the way we work and deliver Storyteller to clients.
- Ensuring that project documentation and processes are up-to-date and accurate across all projects.
Qualifications
- Experience in delivering or managing web- or app-based projects in the private sector.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A real interest in AI, technology and recent advancements.
- Proactive attitude; you’re always first on the scene grabbing hold of things.
- A self-starter who has a strong sense of ownership and initiative.
- A detail-oriented individual who ensures that all work is completed with accuracy, precision, and thoroughness.
- Experience communicating directly with customers.
- Experience in negotiating and drafting requirement specifications.
- The ability to identify, analyse and solve problems efficiently and effectively.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- An understanding of project management methodologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience using online project management software such as Jira and/or Airtable.
Requirements
- Up to £60k per year, full time permanent contract.
- Up to 60k EUR per year (or currency equivalent), full time contractor contract.
- Fully remote working.
- Access to benefits (country dependent).
- The working hours for this role will be 9am-5:30pm GMT.
Recruitment Process
- Firstly, you will be asked to complete an online video which will involve answering a mixture of questions.
- Secondly – if your interview goes well, you will be sent a follow-up exercise (for which you will be compensated) that aims to test your project management and problem solving skills.
- Depending on the outcome of this exercise, you will be invited for a final interview with Andy, our Head of Delivery.
