Role Description
Join Storyteller's dedicated team as a Graduate Delivery Manager, where you will be at the forefront of a dynamic, fast-paced environment, driving the successful integration of our Stories platform for high-profile clients.
- Ensure the smooth delivery of projects from sale to launch and initial live operation
- Gain hands-on experience in improving and developing delivery processes
- Maximize client satisfaction
- Take ownership of projects and align plans with client expectations
- Run client onboarding calls and define specifications
- Control project schedules and track milestones
- Maintain transparent client communication and manage stakeholder expectations
- Review client integrations and provide feedback
- Conduct CMS training with clients
- Identify and engage with problems to propose solutions
- Manage post-launch support and ensure smooth handover to Customer Success
- Collaborate with teams across the company
- Contribute to improvements in delivery processes
- Ensure project documentation is up-to-date and accurate
Qualifications
- Excellent school and university grades
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- A real interest in AI, technology and recent advancements
- Proactive attitude; you’re always first on the scene grabbing hold of things
- A self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and initiative
- Detail-oriented individual ensuring accuracy and thoroughness
- Experience communicating directly with customers
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

Recruitment Process
