Role Description

This is a remote position.

We have a remote opportunity for a CRM Project Support professional to join a UK-based company. This role offers the opportunity to work across a variety of HubSpot implementation projects, supporting data management, system configuration, testing, documentation, and project administration while developing valuable technical and project delivery skills.

The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting CRM project delivery, ensuring systems are configured accurately, data is managed effectively, testing is completed thoroughly, and project documentation remains well organised. Key Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of multiple HubSpot implementation and optimisation projects.
• Work across HubSpot modules, including Marketing, Sales, Service, and Revenue Management functions, to support project deliverables and system configuration activities.
• Configure HubSpot elements including properties, pipelines, lists, forms, email templates, workflows, reports, and dashboards.
• Prepare, cleanse, validate, deduplicate, format, and map data for migration projects.
• Perform data imports and verify data accuracy following migration activities.
• Execute testing plans, user acceptance testing (UAT), and quality assurance activities.
• Test workflows, automations, forms, integrations, and system functionality, documenting and tracking issues through to resolution.
• Assist with testing integrations and automated processes to ensure information flows correctly between systems.
• Maintain build logs, workflow inventories, system inventories, process maps, user guides, and implementation records.
• Prepare meeting notes and track project actions and deliverables.
• Update project trackers and assist with project reporting and status updates.
• Support communication with clients regarding project-related tasks, data requests, and testing activities.
• Participate in project meetings when required.
• Ensure all work is completed accurately, efficiently, and in line with quality standards.
