Supporting our portfolio of consumer skincare brands, you'll manage projects from intake through final delivery, ensuring creative work is effectively planned, prioritized, and executed across channels. Serving as the central liaison between the design studio and cross-functional partners, you'll drive timelines, manage resources, facilitate reviews and approvals, and keep projects moving forward. This role works closely with creative leadership and design teams to maintain an organized, efficient studio operation while navigating competing priorities and evolving business needs.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in creative project management, creative operations, studio management, or related roles, preferably within skincare, beauty, or consumer goods.
  • Strong understanding of creative development and production workflows across digital, ecommerce, social, print, and integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines.
  • Experience coordinating creative resources, managing project assignments, and maintaining production schedules within an in-house creative team or agency environment.
  • Proven ability to assess project requirements, anticipate challenges, and develop practical solutions to keep projects moving forward.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including creative, brand marketing, ecommerce, digital, and production.
  • Proficiency with project management and creative review tools, particularly Monday.com and Ziflow.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.

Requirements

  • Manage end-to-end creative workflows across integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, always-on marketing initiatives, and other design studio projects.
  • Develop and maintain project timelines from brief intake through final delivery, establishing key milestones, dependencies, and approval requirements.
  • Lead the creative intake and kickoff process, ensuring briefs are complete, project scope is clearly defined, and all necessary inputs are available before work begins.
  • Evaluate incoming requests against existing priorities, timelines, and resources to establish realistic execution plans.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects across brands, balancing competing deadlines and shifting priorities while maintaining visibility into overall studio workload.
  • Identify potential risks and roadblocks early, develop solutions, and adjust project plans as needed to maintain momentum.
  • Manage changes in project scope, timing, or deliverables, communicating impacts and aligning stakeholders on revised plans.
  • Partner with creative leadership to plan and manage project assignments, ensuring resources are appropriately allocated across the design studio.
  • Maintain visibility into designer capacity, active assignments, and upcoming project demand to support effective workload planning.
  • Manage day-to-day project assignments and priorities, adjusting resources and timelines as needed to keep work progressing.
  • Identify scheduling conflicts, resource constraints, and workflow inefficiencies, developing practical solutions to minimize disruption.
  • Coordinate with freelance designers, external agencies, and other creative resources as needed to support project deliverables.
  • Identify opportunities to improve studio processes, streamline workflows, and increase operational efficiency.
  • Serve as the primary project management contact between the design studio and cross-functional partners, including brand marketing, ecommerce, digital, social, paid media, and retail teams.
  • Establish clear expectations around project scope, deliverables, responsibilities, and timelines.
  • Proactively communicate project progress, upcoming milestones, dependencies, and changes to relevant stakeholders.
  • Facilitate creative reviews and approval workflows, ensuring feedback is consolidated, actionable, and routed to the appropriate teams.
  • Navigate competing requests and priorities, working with stakeholders to establish practical solutions that balance business needs with creative capacity.
  • Coordinate cross-functional handoffs to ensure creative deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.
  • Oversee the development and delivery of creative assets across ecommerce, website, email, paid media, social, retail, print, video, events, and other marketing channels.
  • Track deliverables through creative development, design, revisions, stakeholder reviews, approvals, and final production.
  • Ensure creative teams have accurate project requirements, specifications, deadlines, and supporting materials.
  • Manage review cycles and approval deadlines to maintain project schedules and minimize unnecessary revisions or delays.
  • Coordinate final asset delivery, ensuring deliverables meet channel requirements and are provided to the appropriate stakeholders.
  • Maintain organized project documentation, version control, and approval records.
  • Maintain project tracking in Monday.com, ensuring accurate visibility into timelines, deliverables, assignments, priorities, and project status.
  • Lead regular project status meetings, communicating progress, confirming next steps, and ensuring accountability for outstanding actions.
  • Monitor active projects against established timelines, proactively addressing delays and coordinating necessary adjustments.
  • Provide clear, timely updates to creative leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, risks, and resource needs.
  • Support studio capacity planning, workflow improvements, and other creative operational initiatives.
  • Assist with additional creative projects and business priorities as needed.
