Role Description

Olsson has an exciting opportunity to work directly with one of the world's largest technology companies. As a Construction Project Manager, you will lead the construction closeout process for complex data center projects, ensuring all documentation, redlines, as-builts, and turnover deliverables are completed accurately, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

• Oversee closeout activities from field verification through final turnover.
• Manage redline processes, conduct as-built audits, and perform QA/QC reviews of project deliverables.
• Coordinate with contractors, trade partners, and project stakeholders.
• Drive accountability and identify/resolving issues that could impact project schedules.
• Ensure all closeout requirements are met.

• Oversee and coordinate the collection, review, and approval of redlines, as-builts, O&M manuals, warranties, and other closeout documentation.
• Perform field verification audits to validate as-built conditions and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Conduct QA/QC reviews of project deliverables to verify completeness, consistency, and compliance with project requirements.
• Hold contractors, trade partners, and stakeholders accountable for meeting closeout milestones and documentation requirements.
• Monitor closeout schedules, identify risks, and proactively drive corrective actions to maintain project timelines.
• Utilize knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems to review technical deliverables and resolve discrepancies.
• Communicate project status, risks, and action items to internal and external stakeholders.
• Continuously improve closeout processes and documentation standards to support efficient project turnover.
